This course is designed for those who want to learn belly dance. You’ll start with the foundations of belly dance, learning correct posture, basic movements (such as hip slides, circles, and shimmies), and how to connect movements smoothly with music. Each step is broken down slowly, so you can build confidence, coordination, and body awareness at your own pace. As you progress, you’ll learn combinations and choreography, allowing you to put individual movements together. These combinations help reinforce technique, improve musicality, and build confidence in movement.
